Warranties
Built to Last.
Backed to Last.
Every Latham fiberglass pool we install comes with the strongest warranty coverage in the industry. Lifetime structural. Lifetime surface. And a local team that stands behind every job.
Advanced Composite
Technology
The Latham lifetime warranty is backed by how the pool is actually built. Seven engineered layers work together to produce a shell that is structurally rigid, chemically resistant, and designed to hold its integrity for the life of the pool. This is why Latham can offer a lifetime structural warranty when other manufacturers cannot.
Lifetime Structural Warranty
The Latham fiberglass shell is warranted against leaking due to structural failure for the lifetime of the pool. Structural failure is defined as water loss due to fracture, void, crack, or separation caused by a defect in Latham's workmanship or materials.
Lifetime Surface Warranty
Latham's Crystite finish is warranted against osmotic blistering for as long as the original buyer owns the pool. Crystite's layered gel coat formulation has been tested to ASTM standards and has an outstanding track record across tens of thousands of installations.
Proper Installation Protects Your Warranty
Improper installation is the most common reason pool warranties are voided. Casey's follows Latham's manufacturer specifications, ANSI/APSP-5 standards, and the Owner's Manual on every installation. Your warranty coverage starts the day the pool goes in the ground.
From Dirt to Water in One Day.
Fiberglass pools are factory-manufactured shells that arrive at your property ready to install. Watch Casey's crew take a pool from an open excavation to a filled, functional pool in a single day. No long multi-week construction timelines.
That same speed and precision is what protects your Latham warranty. When the installation is done right the first time, following manufacturer specifications from start to finish, your structural and surface coverage is fully intact from day one.

If You Ever Need to File a Claim
Contact Casey's All American Pool directly. As your authorized Latham dealer, we are your first point of contact for any warranty issue. We will review the situation and communicate with Latham on your behalf. Do not contact Latham directly during the full warranty period.
Gather your product serial number (on the warranty barcode document), your installation date, the date you noticed the issue, and clear photos of the overall pool and the specific problem area. Written notice must be provided within 10 days of discovering a potential warranty issue.
Casey's team will coordinate with Latham's warranty claims specialists. You will not be navigating a national call center alone. We know your project, we know your pool, and we will work to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
Latham's claims team will review, approve or deny the claim, and communicate the outcome. In the event of a covered structural claim, Latham will repair, replace, or refund the pool shell. The choice of resolution method is at Latham's discretion.
You Know Who to Call.
So Does Casey.
The biggest advantage of working with a local authorized dealer is knowing who to call if something comes up. You are not dealing with an 800 number or a company that has no record of your project. Casey's local team installed your pool, knows your yard, and knows your pool's history from day one.
If a warranty-related issue arises, call the same number you called to get the pool installed. Casey's will handle the communication with Latham and guide you through the process from start to resolution.
Protect Your Warranty with Proper Maintenance
Proper water chemistry and routine care are required to keep your Latham warranty valid. Casey's All American Pool offers professional pool maintenance, seasonal opening and closing services, and ongoing equipment support across the Mid-Ohio Valley.
