The entire Enchantment collection is built around a 9-foot width. That single dimension is what makes these pools possible in yards where nothing else fits. A standard Latham rectangular pool needs 12 to 16 feet of width plus clearance on each side. The Enchantment 9-foot shell can go in a side yard, behind a townhome, in a narrow suburban lot, or in any space where a larger pool simply cannot work.
At 9 feet wide you can swim across the pool, float comfortably, and use the tanning ledge without crowding. It is not a compromise on pool experience. It is the right pool for the space it goes in.
Every Enchantment model includes a built-in tanning ledge molded directly into the fiberglass shell. On a 9-foot wide pool the ledge runs the full width of the entry end, providing a genuine shallow-water lounging zone at 6 to 8 inches of depth. This is the feature that separates the Enchantment from simply being a plunge tank. You can cool off on the ledge, let young children play safely in shallow water, or set up a pair of ledge loungers for an afternoon in the sun.
The ledge is part of the original shell from day one and requires no separate installation or ongoing maintenance.
Every Enchantment model is engineered for an automatic safety cover from day one. On a 9-foot wide pool the auto cover is especially practical. The cover is simple, fits cleanly, and opens or closes completely with a single button. For a plunge pool that is likely to be used frequently and quickly the auto cover fits the use pattern well: open it in seconds when you want to swim, close it just as fast when you are done.

The Enchantment models at 3,200 to 4,800 gallons cost significantly less to heat, chemically balance, and run than any other pool in the Latham lineup.
