PDC Synergy Series Swim Spas
The PDC Synergy Series delivers the same RX6 standing massage columns, 36 Reflections therapy jets, Elite Pro resistance jets, and AquaCross tether training as the Summit Series at a more accessible price point. Six models from 15 to 19 feet, including the FX219 dual-zone which pairs a 14-foot swim area with a 5-seat hot tub that carries 65 therapy jets. The key difference from the Summit Series is power and controls: Synergy runs on 16 HP across 3 pumps with the FX-Proview control center vs Summit's 22 HP and SmartView. Casey's All American Pool is an authorized PDC Spas dealer serving Parkersburg, Belpre, and the entire Mid-Ohio Valley.

The Synergy Series uses a dual lineup of Elite Pro adjustable resistance jets to generate the swim current. Each jet is independently adjustable, allowing you to set the resistance level for your workout rather than managing a fixed current. Lower the resistance for aquatic walking and warm-up, increase it for interval training or sprint sets. The adjustable dual configuration makes the Synergy current more customizable session to session than a fixed-speed system.
The dual Elite Pro lineup differs from Summit's trio in total jet count and raw horsepower, but the practical experience for most fitness levels is comparable. The current covers the full width of the fitness lane and handles everything from rehabilitation walking to serious cardio training.
Two RX6 full-body massage columns are standard on the Synergy FX17 and larger models. The columns position jets at standing height to deliver shoulder, upper back, lower back, hip, and calf coverage while you stand in the water. This is the same RX6 system found on the Summit Series, giving Synergy buyers access to standing recovery therapy at the Synergy price point.
After a swim or fitness session, you can step directly into the RX6 column zone for standing massage without sitting down or repositioning. For buyers who do aquatic exercise and want recovery therapy as part of the same session, the RX6 columns are consistently one of the features owners use most.
The FX219 dual zone is the standout model in the Synergy lineup for one specific reason: the hot tub zone carries 65 therapy jets across 5 deep seats. That is significantly more jet coverage than the comparable Summit Series SX219 hot tub zone, and more than any standard PDC hot tub model. The swim zone covers 14 feet with Elite Pro jets and the full fitness zone setup. Both zones operate independently with separate heating, filtration, and controls.
For buyers who want both a swim spa and a hot tub in one unit, and want maximum therapy jet coverage in the soaking zone, the FX219 outperforms the SX219 on that specific metric while sitting at a lower overall price point. The FX219s side-step version adds 6 resistance jets and a 118-inch fitness area in the same 19-foot footprint.
AquaCross tether training is standard on all Synergy models. The tether anchors you in place so you can swim, run, or do resistance training against the current without drifting to the end of the unit. Combined with the adjustable Elite Pro jets and the open barrier-free fitness lane, the tether system turns the swim spa into a complete aquatic training environment that works at any fitness level.
TemperBase insulation, a locking safety thermal cover, and the 5.5KW heater keep the Synergy running year-round through Ohio and West Virginia winters without excessive energy cost. Most owners find they use the swim spa more frequently in winter than summer. Casey's delivers and installs across the Mid-Ohio Valley and can walk through site preparation requirements before you order.
