At 12' x 25' it is genuinely small enough for a tight yard or a narrow lot, but it is built from the same fiberglass and finished with the same Crystite technology as every other Latham pool. At 12' wide and 25' long, the Corinthian 12 is designed for the yards that other models cannot fit. A standard Latham rectangular pool needs 14 to 16 feet of width and 33 to 40 feet of length. The Corinthian 12 brings that footprint down to something that works on narrow lots, townhome-style properties with limited depth, and yards where a larger pool would leave no room for a patio or landscaping.

The Corinthian 12 includes built-in bench seating molded directly into the fiberglass shell, even at this compact size. That means you get the same social seating experience as the larger Corinthian models. On a 12-foot wide pool the bench is proportioned thoughtfully, running along the shallow end without reducing the main swim area. It is a comfortable sitting depth, partially submerged, and it is where pool time naturally gravitates on a warm evening.
Like every feature on every Latham pool, the bench is part of the shell from the start. No bolts, no grouting, no separate installation required.
The Corinthian 12 is engineered for an automatic safety cover from day one. For a compact pool at this size the auto cover argument is especially practical. A 12' x 25' pool is easy to cover completely with a single-button mechanism, and the cover's impact on heat retention and chemical savings is proportionally just as significant as on a larger model.
