The Fiji includes a built-in tanning ledge at the shallow end, molded into the original fiberglass shell. At 6 to 8 inches of depth on a 15-foot wide pool the ledge accommodates two loungers side by side with comfortable clearance. Young children can play safely in the shallow water while adults swim in the main pool area, and the ledge is the natural gathering point for anyone who wants sun without the full pool commitment. The ledge is part of the shell from day one with no installation cost or maintenance requirement attached to it.
Beyond the tanning ledge, the Fiji includes swim-up bench seating molded into the curved interior at comfortable wading depth and multiple entry and exit points around the freeform perimeter. The bench creates a second social zone deeper in the pool where adults settle in with a drink or rest between laps. The multiple entry points give the pool layout flexibility and reduce the single-point-of-access congestion that happens on busy pool days.
