Milan
The Milan is Latham's most compact fiberglass pool, built for one purpose: fitting a real inground pool into a space where nothing else can go. At 10 feet wide and 16 feet long with a uniform 4-foot depth and 2,450 gallons, it is less than a third the volume of the next step up and fits in backyards, side yards, courtyards, and rooftop terraces where every other pool would be refused at the door. Swim-up seating and auto cover ready design come standard even at this size. Casey's All American Pool is an authorized Latham dealer serving Belpre, Parkersburg, and the entire Mid-Ohio Valley.

Less Than Half the Size of the Next Step Up.
The Enchantment 9.17, the next smallest pool in the Latham lineup, holds 3,200 gallons. The Milan holds 2,450. The Claremont, one of Casey's most popular models, holds 11,700. The Milan is in a category by itself, which is exactly the point. There are yards, patios, courtyards, and rooftop terraces where a pool has never existed because nothing fit. The Milan fits. It is a proper fiberglass inground pool at a footprint smaller than most hot tubs.

The Milan at 10' x 16' opens the door to pool ownership for properties that have never been considered pool-viable. A narrow side yard between a house and a fence, a small courtyard off the back of a townhome, a patio deck with a structural loading limit, a backyard dominated by a large tree that cannot be removed. In each of these situations the Milan creates an option that did not exist before. At this footprint it requires less excavation, less concrete, and less disruption to the surrounding landscape than any other inground pool.

Even at 10 feet wide the Milan includes built-in bench seating molded directly into the fiberglass shell. That might seem surprising on a pool this compact, but Latham engineered it in from the start. The bench runs along the shallow side of the Milan and sits at a comfortable partially-submerged depth. On a hot day it is exactly where you want to be: in the water, cool, and not moving. On a pool this size the bench and the main water zone are naturally close to each other, which creates a more social experience than on a larger pool.
Part of the original shell. No installation, no maintenance beyond the pool itself.
The Milan is engineered for an automatic safety cover from day one. On a 10' x 16' pool the auto cover is one of the most practical features you can add at installation. It opens and closes with a single button, keeps the pool clean and protected between uses, and retains heat efficiently on a pool this size. For a plunge pool used for quick daily cooldowns the auto cover fits the use pattern exactly: open it in a few seconds, get in, close it when you are done.
Adding it at installation is always less expensive than retrofitting. Casey will walk you through options during your free consultation.
At 2,450 gallons the Milan costs less to heat, treat, and run than any other pool in the Latham catalog. On a pool this small the operating cost difference is significant. Heating a 2,450-gallon pool to a comfortable temperature takes a fraction of the energy of heating a 15,000-gallon pool. The chemical cost, the electricity cost, and the water cost are all proportionally reduced. For homeowners who have always wanted a pool but assumed the ongoing expense was prohibitive, the Milan changes the math.
The purchase price is lower, the installation is simpler, and the monthly running costs are lower. On a pool this size the total cost of ownership over 20 years is genuinely different from any other inground pool option.
The Milan is available in Latham's full Crystite color range across two finish families. Crystite Crystal adds a shimmer effect embedded under the gel coat surface. Crystite Classic is the traditional solid finish. Both resist fading, staining, and UV damage well beyond standard gel coat.
